How it works:
The limiter has 2 cables coming out of it.
Plug your throttle into the first end of the limiter
Plug the second end of the limiter into your controller where your throttle used to be plugged into
You can adjust the speed using the Gold Screw
Flip the switch to O it will cut out your throttle completly
Flip the switch to I it will limit your speed to what you adjusted it to (eg. 6KPH)
Flip the switch to II it will unlimit your speed just like how it was before
