PlugNPlay products are sold for responsible and lawful use only.
eBike parts and modifications can affect speed, power, handling, braking, wiring, safety and road legality.
You are responsible for making sure your bike is safe, properly maintained and suitable for any product you install.
3. Legal Use
eBike laws vary depending on location, bike type, speed, power, throttle setup and where the bike is used.
By purchasing from PlugNPlay, you agree that you are responsible for checking and following your local laws.
PlugNPlay does not guarantee that any product will make your bike road legal.
4. Installation Risk
Incorrect installation, wiring, modification or misuse may damage your bike, controller, battery, display, throttle, wiring or other components.
If you are unsure how to install a product, you should use a qualified eBike technician.
PlugNPlay is not responsible for damage, injury or loss caused by incorrect installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, modification or use on an incompatible bike, unless required by law.
5. Compatibility
Not all PlugNPlay products work with every eBike, controller, display, throttle, connector or wiring setup.
Compatibility can change depending on bike model, wiring layout, controller type, manufacturer updates and previous modifications.

Nothing in this Legal Notice removes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on plugnplay.au, including text, logos, designs, images, graphics and product listings, belongs to PlugNPlay or is used with permission.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, upload, sell, distribute or use our content without written permission.
8. Support Conduct
We may refuse, limit or pause support if a person is abusive, threatening, harassing, spamming, repeatedly wasting time, or acting in bad faith.
This does not remove any rights the customer may have under Australian Consumer Law.
