PlugnPlayAus Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shipping Fees:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.  
• This is because costs are incurred immediately for shipping labels, handling, and fulfilment preparation, even if the order is later cancelled or not completed.  

Defective / Damaged Items:
• We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your item is defective or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it.  
• Send us clear photos or videos showing the issue.  
• Once verified, PlugnPlayAus will replace the item or issue a store credit. Refunds outside this period are not available.  

Returns & Refunds:
• To keep things fair, all items are final sale after 48 hours.  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  
• Refunds are only given for verified defective items within the 48-hour window. 

We have the right to refund and cancel your order if we need to

Most items require you to contact us beforehand to see if the item works on your bike. If you dont contact us we are unable to issue you a refund.
