Order Processing:
All orders are made, checked, and packed before shipping to make sure everything fits and works right. We handle every order ourselves, so processing can take a little time before it’s sent out.

Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are shipped with Australia Post, depending on your location and order size.
Delivery times vary, but most parcels arrive within 2–8 business days once shipped. Courier times can be longer during busy periods — this is normal.

Tracking:
All orders come with tracking, sent to your email once your parcel’s on the way.

Shipping Costs:
Calculated automatically at checkout based on order size and destination.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. PlugnPlay is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or incorrect addresses..

Orders that are in stock and say they ship next day on the product page will ship next BUSINESS day if you order before 1pm AWST (Although there may be delays) If you order after 1pm AWST your order should be shipped the 1 or 2 days after.
