Welcome to PlugnPlayAus. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our site, making a purchase, or using any PlugnPlayAus product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from or visiting PlugnPlayAus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Products and Pricing

All product information, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that descriptions or photos are error-free.
Products may appear differently depending on monitor settings, model revisions, or manufacturer updates.

Compatibility Notice:
Not all PlugnPlayAus products will work with every eBike, controller, or wiring setup. Compatibility depends on your specific model, wiring, and configuration.
If you are unsure, you must confirm compatibility before purchasing. PlugnPlayAus is not responsible if a product does not work on your bike.

Preorder and in-stock items are clearly labeled. All shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and may change.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders are processed only after full payment is received and confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order within 24 hours for any reason, including suspected fraud or stock errors.
All payments must be made using the approved payment methods listed at checkout.
By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimated only and not guaranteed.
Some orders are made to order and may require 5–12 business days of production time before shipping.
Once an item is shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the courier or postal service.
PlugnPlayAus is not responsible for shipping delays, lost parcels, customs holds, or damage caused by postal carriers or couriers.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.
Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.

All other sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used, installed, or modified products.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Use of Products

Our products are designed for lawful, responsible use on compatible eBikes and electrical systems.

Any modification, alteration, or misuse of products voids all warranties and claims.
Installation must be performed correctly. If installed incorrectly, the product or your bike may not function or could be damaged. PlugnPlayAus is not responsible for this.

PlugnPlayAus is not responsible for any damage, malfunction, injury, or loss resulting from:

Incorrect installation or wiring
Failure to follow product instructions
Use with non-compatible or modified controllers or bikes
Short circuits, fires, or electrical faults

Customers are responsible for ensuring their bike and components are safe, properly wired, and compliant with local regulations.
If unsure, installation should be performed by a qualified eBike technician.

7. Safety Disclaimer

eBike parts and modifications can affect speed, power, and road legality.
By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for ensuring your eBike remains safe and compliant with your local laws.
PlugnPlayAus does not guarantee that any product sold will make your bike street-legal or compliant with Australian or international eBike standards.
Always wear protective gear and follow local traffic laws when riding.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise stated.
PlugnPlayAus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding product performance, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party devices, controllers, or custom wiring setups.
If a product does not function due to incompatibility, incorrect installation, or modification, PlugnPlayAus is not liable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
PlugnPlayAus, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
This includes but is not limited to property damage, fire, electrical shock, injury, loss of data, or loss of income arising from product use or misuse.
Total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the product involved.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the PlugnPlayAus website, including text, logos, designs, images, and product listings, is the exclusive property of PlugnPlayAus.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our content may result in legal action.

11. Privacy and Data

We collect limited information to process orders and improve customer experience.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to complete transactions or comply with law.
